Shipping & Pick up Policy

Shipping costs

We are shipping in Iceland with Pósturinn. 
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the total delivery. 
You see this at the check-out. 
You can choose home delivery or parcel locker. 
Customers can also choose to pick up their items.

 

Pick up your items 

You can choose to pick it up your items from us.
You avoid paying shipping fees.
Your items will be ready after 2-4 business days after placing your order
and we will keep it for maximum 2 weeks. 

How to order pick up

Simply add all of your products to your shopping cart
and select "pick up at store" in the check out process.
When you have received confirmation of payment,
we will have your products ready after 2-4 business days and you can visit us after contact. 

 

Where is Kata Design ?

Kata Design is located behind the small village Melahverfi in West Iceland. 
It's a 40-minute drive north from Reykjavík.

Processing

All orders are shipped from Iceland.
Kata Design does its best to process orders. 

 

Changing or cancelling orders

Due to high order volume, Kata Design can't guarantee any changes after placing your purchase.
Please contact us at info@katadesigniceland.com as soon as possible and write "Change order #123456" in the subject line if you have questions.

Undeliverable orders

If, for any reason, your order was not delivered (and sent back to us), the order will automatically be treated as a return.
When this happens, kindly place a new order.
